This is not your average breathwork experience. If you done breathwork before we can pretty much guarantee that it will have been nothing like this. We edit together custom sound tracks using inspirational talks, movie clips, music, and everything in between to stimulate your conscious as well as deeper subconscious mind. What started as an accountability game amongst friends is now on its way to becoming an app designed for millions of users.Â
The rules are simple. Pick a new habit that you want to implement into your life. Film a daily video of yourself to prove that you did it. Either before, during, or after, the habit. It doesn't matter. Upload the video to the challenge page. The unique part is that you will be able to view everyone else's habit videos. The point is to encourage and keep each other accountable, so when you upload yours you need to 'dedicate' it to someone elses video from that day. Maybe it inspired you, maybe you could tell they were struggling, the point is to push each other to be better every single day.Â
We have seen incredible results with this model of accountability and encouragement.
